NoleTrader is a company that is a trading, buying, and selling marketplace dedicated to college students around or in the Tallahassee area. This is a project that we are launching which will start with the college of Florida State University, then grow from there. We work close with the school and alumni’s to develop this project.

I am always looking for real estate to invest in. I typically look at properties from the 30k-90k range. I work with my fathers construction company to buy damaged or under appreciated houses, invest the capital to refurbish them, and then put them back into the market. (see looking for)
