Playing around with Google Search results

I originally did this as a joke to play around with the rankings on Google.

I still have not done much with this website since I am very busy on most of the other projects I am doing, but I decided instead of just posting it on my Facebook (which is more active then my person website) I would actually post it on here also for the people who do search for me.

This year (2012) I do plan on organizing everything that I do, travel, business start ups etc, to all run through this website, joeyricard.com

I am currently overdoing the website (again) and it should be wrapped up no later than a month from now. So.. stay tuned :)

I have been asked numerous times, and I explain that it is very easy to setup a company. Unfortunately, I have set up many, some worked out, some have not. How to filter out bad applicants

I was recently asked my advice on how to hire the right people, and I started drafting a “How to” that I thought was pretty interesting.

Something I have encountered numerous times is how many people have employees in their organization that are in the wrong position. This doesn’t mean a bad employee; it typically means someone who is not well fit for that specific position.

I am looking for a person that has good logic, but more importantly, has application and reasoning.

A calculator has great functionality with numbers, but try to use it to change a tire. There is a purpose for every one, and you have to hire based on that purpose and customize the questions around that applicant.

Did you know a guy actually sued the police force because his IQ score was HIGHER than what the police academy allowed to be a police officer? They actually have a maximum IQ score allowed at some places to filter out people that may be to smart...
