This section is things, people, or solutions I am currently looking for. People are actively coming across my website, pitching me on their ideas, reading what projects I am working on, or asking me to help broker a sale for their company. I have a lot of contacts, and I am always looking for more. If you think there is something you can offer, these are areas that I can always use a connection with.

Translators

I work in many countries, work with many people, translators are always a great help. I hire freelancers a lot to do translation work for me, but if you know someone or a company that is reliable, I am always willing to look at them.

Web Developers

As you may have noticed, I have a web development team, and I feel I have the best actually… So if you are sending me your info, you must be good, reliable, and ready to work. My team is great, but we are always looking for more people to add to the team.

Contractual Lawyer

I am looking for someone who is good at contracts, and not extremely expensive. I am usually looking at a lot of contracts, and I am creating a large number of them typically. This would be good to have as a contact.

Realtors

Please send me any good realtor you know that knows their stuff. I am not looking for the part time realtors that are just sending you MLS feeds but don’t look at it themselves. I want to work with the realtors that focus on one area and know the market and the items on the market.

Custom Insurance Broker

I am looking for someone that can work custom policies. We have insurance on our vehicles but I am looking for a more custom policy that I would go into detail with a insurance broker that can write a custom policy.

International Lawyer

I would like to find a lawyer that knows international law, US (Florida) as well as Germany who speaks and writes German. I have a company in Germany, and I need to have someone on call for anything I am doing in Germany.
