Business Development / Project Management

  • Create new revenue streams for Ciplex that would lead to a new financial foundation.
  • Participate and manage the development of a new automated web application. This will streamline development of low-budget websites, creating new profits for Ciplex.
  • Assist and manage the development of the Ciplex Virtual Office, a custom content management system. This is the new foundation of every website being built.

IT Engineer / Project Manager

  • Established exclusivity with the local CompUSA for on-sites and deliveries.
  • Oversaw the completion of 400 projects.
  • Point of sale in Fortune 500 Companies.
  • 80 Credit Card machines at three Walmart locations, Point of Sale at a Subway location, and Point of Sale at the local Macys retail store.
  • Data Migration from Windows Server 2000 to Windows Server 2003 for VisionWorks. Budget of $3,000 with the project cost at $2,200.
  • Installed Windows 2003 Server with remote access, Firewall, VPN, and set up of Microsoft Accounting for Marble Granite Inc. Budget of $5,000 with the total project cost of $3,200.
  • Installed a Gigabit router, three additional desktops, wireless access point, and migrated all information from a Windows 2000 server to a Windows 2003 server. This took three days with a budget of $7,000 and was completed for $5,200.
  • Installed a Windows 2003 Server, and six machines along with configuration of a firewall for Orsillio Vision Care.
  • Managed a team of four members to install wireless networks at more than 100 residential households.
  • Managed a team of 10 people, installing a fiber network from the ground up, and supported more than 1,500 residents. The project cost about $54,000 and took about two months.

IT Engineer / Project Manager

  • Installed a gigabit network with seven VOIP phone systems. This decreased their phone bill from $2,700 a month to about $1,600 and increased business by offering more flexibility.
  • Installed and configured two 24 port POE switches, three servers, KVM switch, a four-post rack, a rack-mounted monitor, and ran Ethernet jacks through out the building.
  • Set up the Development server (2.2 Dual Quad Core Processor, 12 Gigs of DDR2, a terabyte of SAS HDD, and running Microsoft Server Enterprise 2003 with SQL Server 2000), the Backup Server (2.0 Dual Core Processor, 4 gigs of memory, and 4 terabytes of storage space in a Raid 5), and the DHCP server (standard 1.8 Dual Core, 2 gigs of ram, 250 Gigabytes HDD).
  • Assisted in bug testing with the foreign exchange platform.
  • Helped manage the help desk, directing 10 developers, programmers, and designers while developing the Forex trading platform.
  • Assisted in the setup of 3 servers in 3 different countries. Using the trading platform, this created a redundancy for the software as well as security.
